- Laughter burns calories. …
- Laughter lightens anger’s heavy load. …
- Laughter may even help you to live longer.
We have learned that we cannot hold two different thoughts at the same time. We can learn to choose our thoughts. I choose to look for the good. I think it is something I inherited from my mom. I choose to not watch TV. I choose to live in gratitude.
My dear friend came over yesterday & we enjoyed my wonderful peach tea. She shared with me an author she has enjoyed so much, Beatrix Potter. My friend told me of a movie “Miss Potter”. This morning I was still remembering the conversation. I turned on the TV & discovered a talented & gifted woman who had such an imagination who gave so much to us not only stories but also illustrations. Do you remember Peter Rabbit?
